AGA KHAN AWARD FOR ARCHITECTURE

NINETEEN WORLD CLASS PROJECTS

Nineteen realisations were distinguished with the Aga Khan Award for Architecture in 2010. The projects selected range from a textile factory in Turkey to a school in China. They can be found in Albania, Bangladesh, Burkino Faso, China, India, Indonesia, Iran, Lebanon, Malaysia, Morocco, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Sri Lanka, Tunisia and Turkey. The projects will be officially recognised during a ceremony this coming October at the Islamic Arts Museum in Doha, Qatar.
