Pursuing the objectives of the international student workshop organised by a UIA work programme during the COP15 conference in Copenhagen, a second workshop focusing on sustainable reconstruction projects for L’Aquila is being planned in connection with the Venice international architecture biennial (29 August to 23 November 2010). The workshop will be organised by La Sapienza University in Rome, on the initiative of Guendalina Salimei and with the support of Mauro Latini, alternate UIA Council member. Several universities will be associated with the project.
